Jacquot
In 1920, Jules Jacquot, who was originally the owner of a confectionary small shop, established his first chocolate manufacturing company in Troyes, city located in the Champagne region.
His whole life was devoted to the development of the chocolate French tradition, always focusing on the selection of the best cocoa beans and other fine ingredients.
When Jules Jacquot died, The chocolate shop was taken over by his wife and sons, who expanded and helped the Jacquot become a national brand.
Jacquot was widly popular because of its moulded chocolate creations including the famous easter eggs.
Today, Jacquot is one of the most prestigious chocolate brand in France, after joining the Cémoi group in 2007, the French leader in the chocolate industry.
