Payment methods

Credit Cards

Credit cards we accept on our store are VISA - JCB - MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. It is considered the fastest thus recommended payment method.

It is possible to register your credit card information during the checkout for faster future purchases although we don't store this information by default.
If you wish to keep your credit card information associated with your customer account, simply confirm the "Save my information for a faster checkout" option available on the payment methods page.

Rakuten pay

With this method, Rakuten points can be collected by using Rakuten Card, Rakuten Points, and Rakuten Cash.

Please not that it is not possible to change the payment method after placing an order with Rakuten Pay. If a customer needs to change it, the order purchased with Rakuten Pay must be cancelled and ordered again with a different payment method.

Paypal

This well known secure service can be used on our store as a payment method.
A customer will have to connect to his/her Paypal account before confirming a purchase following instructions during the checkout.

Cash on delivery (COD)

When this payment method is selected, an additional fee of ¥300 is applied to any order, which will be automatically added to the total order amount collected by the postal service.

Apple Pay and Google Pay/wallet

Additionally, when purchasing from a mobile device or from a Les Terroirs account connected to (created from) an Apple ou Google account, Apple Pay (iOS), and Google Pay (Android) can be used as express payment methods.
